What if I need more time?
Just text us before your pickup date. Extensions are easy — $10/day (Studio), $12/day (Standard), or $15/day (Whole Home).
What if a tote is damaged?
Normal wear is covered. Major damage is a $25/tote replacement fee.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, up to 24 hours before delivery at no charge.
