Booking & Delivery
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 48 hours preferred. Same-day may be possible — text us and we'll do our best.
What's your service area?
Canton, Holly Springs, Woodstock, and Ball Ground. Text us at (470) 000-0000 for edge cases — we may be able to help.
What's the delivery window?
We give you a 2-hour delivery window and text you when we're on the way.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours before delivery at no charge. Text or email us.
The Totes
How big are the totes?
27″ × 17″ × 12″, up to 65 lbs. Same footprint as a standard large cardboard box — but much sturdier.
Do I need tape?
No. Lids are attached and lock shut. No tape, no assembly.
Are they clean?
Yes. Every tote is sanitized between rentals.
What if I damage a tote?
Normal wear and tear is covered. Major damage (cracks, broken lids) is a $25/tote replacement fee.
Pricing & Rental
How long is the rental period?
7 days standard. Extensions available at $15/day — just let us know before pickup.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Free delivery and pickup within our service area.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Realtors
Do you have a realtor program?
Yes. We partner with real estate agents across Cherokee County to offer co-branded closing gifts. See our Realtor Partner page.
Can I have my name/logo on the totes?
Yes, on Premium ($129) and Estate ($175) tiers. Essential tier includes a branded insert card.
How do I schedule for a client?
